# Programme

# Compétitif

Le programme **Compétitif** s’adresse aux escrimeuses et escrimeurs de **12 ans et plus** souhaitant s’investir dans un entraînement rigoureux et participer à des compétitions régionales, provinciales ou nationales.

Ce programme est **annuel**, de **septembre 2026 à septembre 2027**, incluant :

- Une pause hivernale : du 21 décembre au 5 janvier
- Une pause estivale : tout le mois de juillet et les deux premières semaines d’août
